How to prepare grilled panela cheese with snack salsa
1. Grill the cheese
Heat a nonstick skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Lightly brush the cheese with oil on both sides. Grill for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown on the outside but still firm on the inside.
Tip: You can use a cast-iron grill pan for a more rustic and crisp finish.
2. Serve with style
Place the grilled cheese on a wooden board or flat plate.
Dish with La Sabrozita Snack Salsa just before serving.
Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro or a few lime wedges on the side.
